Wow... I've been REALLY inactive around here lately. Married life, Work and Warcrack tend too keep one pretty occupied.

Not really anything specifically interesting going on of late. Read the latest Neil Gaimen book (The Anansi Boys) which was pretty good... didn't get me to interested at first, but I liked it more as I got further into it. Would be about Anansi, and African mythology, if you hadn't guessed, in a modern setting.

Apoptygma Berzerk has gone a totally different direction of late. Fans of Apop will be familiar with thier EBM sound. Their newest album, "You and Me Against the World", makes use of more of a... synth-rock sound. There is a lot more use of guitar and actual percussion. I was kindof suprised by the change when I started playing the new album, but I've decided I do like the new stuff (I guess a lot of people hate it). I'm trying to think of who they sound like now... but I just cant think of who they remind me of now.

I can't remember if I've mentioned them before, but the Cary Brothers are great too. Yeah, entirely different genre... you can listen to some of their stuff on their website (built in music player) [link]

Just watched Steamboy the other night as well. It's a new Katsuhiro Otomo film (Akira), and was pretty good. Reminds me of Metropolis a little bit.

I mentioned here before I was going to start posting website interfaces I've designed recently. Well, I havent LOL. I'm actually planning to redevelop my personal site into something a lot bigger than it is now. More of a blog, with my portfolio, as well as articles/tutorials I end up writing on web development, CSS/Standards, and servers. I've also been working on a few little projects here and there (doing some work for my WoW guild's site). I'll probably post my web interface here once I've developed it to a fairly completed point. But the completion of that site will also lead to me probably not posting here at all anymore as I will be doing so on my own site (not that Im a social butterfly on here anyway).
